The Kellogg Club Legacy Initiative is a long-term stewardship effort designed to preserve and protect our historic Club for future generations. Guided by a recent reserve study, the initiative focuses on proactively addressing critical capital needs—beginning with the roof, chimneys, and exterior envelope of the nearly 200-year-old Colles Mansion—to prevent deterioration and avoid costly emergency repairs.Rooted in the Club’s founding spirit of community responsibility, the Legacy Initiative ensures that today’s members honor the foresight of those who saved the property in 1968 by maintaining it thoughtfully and sustainably now. Through phased fundraising goals and planned giving opportunities, the initiative builds a strong capital foundation that supports stability, preserves dues predictability, and safeguards the Club’s historic character for decades to come.
