Let the Kellogg Club host your next important event, providing a charming and wonderful venue.

Whether it’s a birthday party, wedding, communion, bar mitzvah, anniversary, or other event, the Colles Mansion can accommodate up to 120 people with various setting options.

For a unique and memorable experience, book the Colles Mansion for your next event!
 

 

General Information:

 

As part of your membership benefits, Members can rent the Colles Mansion for their own private function or sponsor for external rentals, as long as said Member is in attendance.  All rentals are subject to Board approval.  Rentals are not available to the general public.

Your rental includes use of the first floor of the Colles Mansion and the Club’s furniture, which we will set-up based on your event needs.  Your caterer also has use of the kitchen.  The first floor offers the following:

  • Main Ballroom (seats 80)
  • Middle Room (great for a bar set-up)
  • Back Dining Room (seats 40)
  • Bridal Suite (can also function as an additional sitting room or coat room)
  • Enclosed Back Porch
The Billiard Room and Poker Room are available by request and written consent by the Club.

All Weddings: $2,500


Members Only:

Non Members (Member Sponsorship Required):

Community/Charitable Events:

(for the purposes herein, a Community/Charitable Events is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to raise money for a cause, charity or non-profit organization as well as the greater Morristown Area.)

One-half of the rental fee is due at Agreement signing. The remainder of the rental fee is due 21 days before the date of the event.  If the agreement is less than 21 days before the event, the entire rental fee is due at Agreement signing. 

A security deposit in the amount of $500 is due 21 calendar days before the date of the event.

The renter and its agents, contractors, caterers and entertainers shall deliver to the Club at least 21 days prior to the date of the event a suitable Certificate of Insurance covering the proposed function.  The certificate shall demonstrate a minimum of $1,000,000 in general liability insurance coverage held by the insured, and shall include the provision, “The Kellogg Club, Inc. of Morristown, NJ as an additional insured as their interest may arise.”
 
Alternatively, individuals may provide a copy of a Homeowner’s Insurance Policy indicating $1M of liability coverage.

Furniture Inventory:


Your rental includes the Club’s furniture, which we will set up based on your event needs.  The current furniture inventory is as follows:

  • 150 white chairs
  • 12- 60 inch round tables
  • 12- 48 inch round tables
  • 6- 6 foot rectangle tables
  • 1- 8 foot rectangle table
  • 3 high-top tables
  • 5- 33" Bistro folding tables (43.3" tall)
  • 4- 33" Bistro folding tables (29" tall)
Renters are responsible for providing their own linen, glassware, centerpieces and any other decor.
